A method for increasing the gastroprotection potential in the children with the chronic gastroduodenitis and zinc deficiency provides for the use of vitamin and mineral complex at the second step of the treatment. Following the course of ahtihelicobacterial therapy of H. pylori associated gastroduodenitis or following antisecretory drugs in hyperacidic variant in the setting of the secretion stimulators in hypoacidic variant, zinc sulfate monohydrate at a dose of 124 mg is provided for one month.
