PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to have excellent processability, flexibility, flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, voltage withstanding, mechanical strength, and chemical resistance, and to facilitate recycling. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises the base resin including a polyarylene ether group resin and a polyolefin group resin, and the copolymer including an arylene group repeating unit and an olefin group repeating unit. The content of the polyolefin group resin (WOL) and the content of the polyarylen ether group resin (WAR) are satisfied with the relation: WAR<=1.9×WOL. The ratio of the content (weight %) of the arylene portion in the polyarylen ether group resin to the content (weight %) of the arylene portion in the copolymer is 100:20-100:55.
