PURPOSE: A heat transcription film is provided to offer a heat transcription film and to reduce tearing phenomenon of an organic luminescent material in an OLED color patterning and a peeling process. CONSTITUTION: A heat transcription film (100) includes a transcription enhancement layer (70) and a base layer (10). An organic luminescent material is laminated on the transcription enhancement layer. The peeling strength of the transcription enhancement layer is under 600gf/inch. The transcription enhancement layer has a water contact angle over eighty degrees. The transcription enhancement layer has an n-hexadecane contact angle over 25 degrees. The transcription enhancement layer comprises compound including the mixture of ultraviolet curable fluorine group compound and ultraviolet curable siloxane-based compound.
