<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct blurring of images without raising the picture density of image elements of a wide dynamic range imaging apparatus that generates synthetic images from a plurality of images having different exposure times. <P>SOLUTION: The wide dynamic range imaging apparatus is constituted of: a multiple image signal generation section 31 that generates a plurality of image signals having light volume levels based on an imaged optical image; a partial image signal extraction section 35 that extracts a partial image signal from each of the image signals based on a threshold; and a composite image signal generation section 38 that generates a composite image signal corresponding to the entire image of an object from the partial image signal. Between the multiple image signal generation section 31 and the partial image signal extraction section 35, a blurring-corrected multiple image signal generation section 33 is provided that compares multiple image signals from the multiple image signal generation section 31 with a movement amount decision image signal 32 and calculates blurring of the multiple image signals to output multiple blurring-corrected image signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
