PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it costs very much to mold a biodegradable resin by injection.SOLUTION: An injection molding machine 100 injects a molten resin into a metal mold 3 for injection to form a molding S. The molding S is replaced by a replacing device 5 from the metal mold 3 for injection to a metal mold 4 for cooling. A controller 7 injects a molten resin into the metal mold 3 for injection while the molding S is cooled by the metal mold 4 for cooling to mold a next molding S after the molding S is replaced from the metal mold 3 for injection to the metal mold 4 for cooling. The metal mold 4 for cooling has lower processing precision, lower mechanical characteristics or less volume than the metal mold 3 for injection, and is thereby much inexpensive than the metal mold 3 for injection. Thereby, the whole machine can be reduced in cost. Also, when cooling the molding S, the next molding S can be molded, and thereby, the manufacturing cycle of the molding S can be drastically shortened. |
