PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite signal receiving apparatus in which a propagation delay time of a cable can be measured easily without separately using an expensive measuring instrument.SOLUTION: A satellite signal receiving apparatus comprises a signal input/output terminal 11 in which a RF signal is inputted/outputted, a down converter 13 which generates a baseband signal from a RF signal inputted from the signal input/output terminal 11, and a PN code generator 16 which generates a PN code. The satellite signal receiving apparatus further comprises an antenna 40 which receives a positioning signal transmitted from a GPS satellite, and delay time measuring means 18, 19, 20, 21 in which the signal input/output section is connected to one end portion 50a and another end portion 50b of a removable coaxial cable 50 for propagating the positioning signal, and which measure a propagation delay time of the coaxial cable 50. |
