PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article having a fine rugged structure on the surface, to which a protective film sufficiently adheres when the protective film is attempted to be stuck, and from which the protective film is easily peeled off without adhesive residue when the protective film is attempted to be peeled off, and an article with the protective film to the surface of which the protective film is stuck.SOLUTION: In an article 10 having a fine rugged structure on the surface, the surface is protected by a protective film, the surface has: an area (I) having the fine rugged structure; an area (II) with peeling strength with the protective film higher than that of the area (I); and an area (III) which is adjacent to the area (II), and with peeling strength with the protective film lower than that of the area (II), and in an article with the protective film, the surface of the article 10 having the fine rugged structure on the surface is protected by the protective film. |
