PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC light-emitting diode lighting device having a simple drive system, and high power utilization efficiency.SOLUTION: The AC light-emitting diode lighting device includes a heat dissipation substrate, a plurality of light-emitting diode chips installed on the heat dissipation substrate while being connected thermally therewith and divided into light-emitting diode chip groups, a circuit layer installed on the heat dissipation substrate and connected with the plurality of light-emitting diode chips, and a drive unit including a transformer and a bidirectional switch. The transformer has input ends for connection with an AC power supply, and output ends connected electrically with an electrode via the bidirectional switch. The bidirectional switch is connected selectively with the output ends of the transformer, and outputs the drive voltages of different magnitudes to the plurality of light-emitting diode chips. |
