FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning air of gases and aerosol particles and may be used in plating and etching shops. Proposed filter comprises casing accommodating cartridge with filtration web fitted through assembly hole, sprinkling assembly with hydraulic sprayers to circulate sprinkling solution and drain branch pipes arranged upstream and downstream of aforesaid cartridge. Filtration web is made up of filtration material folds laid on mesh carcass and pressed by grate. Aerosol high-rate fibrous filter made up of vertical crimps is fitted inside the casing downstream of gas inlet branch pipe. Sprinkling assembly is arranged between aerosol high-rate fibrous filter and cartridge with filtration web. Sais assembly consists of one or several pyramidal risers made on casing and provided with fine-spray atomisers fitted at pyramid center. Pyramid side faces are inclined in compliance with atomiser spray angle. Casing bottom under sprinkling assembly is inclined toward drain branch pipes from aforesaid cartridge. Vertical louvre drop catcher is arranged in casing downstream of cartridge. Drain branch pipe is arranged downstream of louvre drop catcher and, like branch pipes of cartridge with filtration web, is recessed to fluid level in settling tank arranged under casing to make a hydraulic lock. For this, settling tank is furnished with feed union with fluid control float valve and overflow union. ^ EFFECT: higher filtration efficiency, reduced corrosion of vent system. ^ 1 dwg |
