PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which identifies a cause of a failure occurred during transaction processing.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 10 receives a request for transaction processing from an external IF 20, such as a client terminal, executes transaction processing to a telegraphic message according to the processing request, and transfers results to an API to be an interface for various programs executed on a server 30. The information processing apparatus 10 includes: processes (n) for executing transaction processing to the telegraphic message with a transaction types "n"; and backup processes (n) for executing transaction processing to the telegraphic message when the processing fails. The information processing apparatus 10 further includes an error processing unit 123 for identifying a cause of the failure according to processing results of the backup processes (n). |
