PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio resource allocation method which carries out scheduling of a terminal station by a simpler arithmetic operation even in a case where there is a large number of antennas equipped in a base station apparatus.SOLUTION: A radio resource allocation method includes: a communication correspondent selection step of selecting combinations of terminal stations of which difference in azimuth between individual terminal stations included in the combination is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold α(0°<α<180°), where the azimuth is based on the base station apparatus as a reference, when selecting plural terminal stations for simultaneously communicating with a base station apparatus using spatial multiplexing in communication in a down-link from the base station apparatus to the terminal station or in an up-link from the terminal station to the base station apparatus; and a radio resource allocation step of allocating radio resources to all or part of the terminal stations included in the combinations of terminals selected in the communication correspondent selection step.
