PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pronged weapon with a self-locking function which disables the movement of a criminal as the criminal behaves violently.SOLUTION: The two-pronged weapon with the self-locking function is configured as follows. A holding straight rod 1 is firmly fixed to a midpoint of a semicircle curve stick 2. At both ends of the semicircle curve stick 2, rotary axes 3 for L-shaped movable curved sticks 9 are disposed which mutually draw circles inside and face each other. A ratchet mechanism is disposed from an anglular bending section of each of the movable curved sticks 9 to the vicinity of each of the rotary axes 3 of the semicircle curve stick 2. In order to keep open states of both the movable curved sticks 9, inner side ends of both the movable curved sticks 9 are connected by a central part connecting material 7. If a criminal pushes the central part connecting material 7 when the weapon is in use, the connection comes off and both ends of the semicircle curve stick 2 intersect in close proximity to each other so as to form an encirclement portion with the criminal inside. As the criminal violently acts, the ratchet mechanism works to make both the movable curved sticks 9 slightly move inward, thereby fastening the criminal. |
