PURPOSE: A cooling starting control method of a diesel hybrid vehicle is provided to obtain smooth cold start properties of a diesel engine mounted in the hybrid vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A cooling starting control method of a diesel hybrid vehicle comprises: a step for determining the necessary of heating by determining the temperature of air supplied to an engine when the vehicle is key-on; a step(S200) for stopping the operation of an LDC for a predetermined period if heating the air is necessary; and a step(S300) for heating the air by driving a heater coil while the operation of the LDC is stopped.
