PURPOSE: A conveying apparatus and a flexible substrate roll-to-roll transferring apparatus are provided to prevent the damage of the flexible substrate by using a belt conveyor type driving apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A supply roll supplies a flexible substrate. A recovery roll collects the flexible substrate. A transport device(600) is arranged between the supply roll and the recovery roll. The transport device moves the flexible substrate to the recovery roll. The transport device includes multiple first driving devices(610) and multiple second driver devices(620).
