PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling control device which prevents occurrence of knocking by separating a cooling path for cooling the periphery of an intake port from a cooling path for cooling a cylinder block and an exhaust port of a cylinder head, and efficiently cooling air flowing through the intake port by controlling the flow of cooling water flowing through a cooling path around the intake port.SOLUTION: This cooling control device includes: a first cooling water circuit 5 for cooling the circumference of an intake port 32 in a cylinder head 3; a second cooling water circuit 6 cooling the circumference of a cylinder cooling passage 21 and an exhaust port 31 in the cylinder head 3, and formed independently of the first cooling water circuit 5; and a control means 53 to control operation of an electric pump 52. The control means 53 controls the operation of the electric pump 52 based on the cooling water temperature in the second cooling water circuit during stop of the electric pump 52. |
