PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device with an embedded electrostatic touch sensor is provided to implement accurate display operation and touch sensing, by preventing a first driving electrode closest to sensing electrodes from being influenced from other electrodes, and forming the first driving electrode in a plate shape. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate part (110) includes a switching device formed in a unit pixel region. A second substrate part (120) is bonded with the first substrate, and includes a color filter layer. A liquid crystal layer (130) is formed between the second substrate part and the first substrate part. A backlight unit (200) is located at the opposite side of the first substrate part around the second substrate part, and supplies a light. The first substrate part includes a sensing electrode part (112), a second driving electrode, and a driving electrode part. The sensing electrode part includes first and second sensing electrodes formed on a substrate. An insulation layer is formed between the first driving electrode and the second driving electrode. The insulation layer is formed between the sensing electrode part and the driving electrode part.
