PURPOSE: A fuel cell system for a ship is provided to improve efficiency by powering a blower using the high-pressure fuel of a fuel gas supply system (FGS). CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell system (100) for a ship comprises a turbine (110) and a blower (120). The turbine is powered by using boll-off gas (BOG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) of an LNG tank (130) as fuel. The blower is connected to the turbine to be powered when the turbine is powered.
