<p>PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generating apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase an adhesion between a polymer adhesive layer and a protection substrate by including a buffer layer. CONSTITUTION: A polymer adhesive layer(300) is arranged on a solar panel. A protection substrate(500) is arranged on the polymer adhesive layer. A buffer layer(400) is located between the polymer adhesive layer and the protection substrate. The buffer layer bonds the polymer adhesive layer to the protection substrate and silicon resins.</p> |
