PURPOSE: A safety cutter in which blades are elastically protruded is provided to prevent safety accidents by comprising the blade to be protruded to an object only when a main body is positioned on the object and is pressurized downwards. CONSTITUTION: A safety cutter (100) in which blades is elastically protruded comprises a main body and a blade. The main body includes an elastic support unit (113) by forming a slit (111) whereby one end is opened in the lower end and a blade inserting groove which is formed in the upper direction in a lower side. The blade is inserted into the blade inserting groove, and the lower end is positioned on one surface of the elastic support unit and is protruded to an object by the flow of the main body facing the elastic support unit only when the main body is positioned on the object and is pressurized downwards.
