PURPOSE: A natural fiber reinforced composite board for a vehicle headliner using thermoplastic matrix fibers having excellent heat resistance and adhesive properties and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have stable heat resistance property and to increase flexural rigidity and elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A natural fiber reinforced composite board for a vehicle headliner using thermoplastic matrix fibers having excellent heat resistance and adhesive properties is composed of a core layer and skin layers. The thermoplastic matrix fiber of the core layer is a thermoplastic polypropylene organic fiber, and a reinforced fiber is composed of a natural fiber. The thermoplastic matrix fiber of the skin layers is a low melting polyester composite fiber having high crystallizability and excellent adhesive strength to reinforce the rigidity of the core layer. The reinforced fiber is composed of a high melting polyester organic fiber. A manufacturing method of the natural fiber reinforced composite board is to attach the skin layers to both sides of the core layer.
