PURPOSE: A turbine for multipurpose power generation of hydraulic and wind power is provided to generate powerful energy by an aluminum container which is fixed to a belt pulley by using a metal wire. CONSTITUTION: A turbine for multipurpose power generation of hydraulic and wind power includes an aluminum container (4). The aluminum container is fixed to a belt pulley (5) by using a metal wire (6). The aluminum container rotates around a sprocket (3) and is connected with a shaft (2) and a shaft rotating part (7). The belt pulley is connected to the sprocket, and the shaft and a bearing (1).
