PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which comprises a protection plate, requires no complicated manufacturing process, uses no special glass substrate, and has a bent or curved display surface.SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a plurality of display units 4 which are arranged with a predetermined gap in between them and are capable of displaying an image independently from each other; a plurality of protection plates 1 which are disposed at the front side of the plurality of display units 4 in such a manner that display surfaces 5 side of the display units 4 are at their reverse side; a connection sheet 2 having flexibility which is adhered to the reverse side of the plurality of protection plates 1 and connects the plurality of protection plates 1 together; and translucent adhesive layers 3 which are disposed in such a manner that they cover the respective display surfaces 5 of the plurality of display units 4. The plurality of protection plates 1 connected by the connection sheet 2 are adhered either via the connection sheet 2 or directly to the plurality of display units 4 by the translucent adhesive layers 3, thereby connecting the plurality of display units 4 together. |
