PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a part between a movable platform gate device and a platform from becoming a conduction state by dust deposited on the platform 12.SOLUTION: This movable platform gate device 10 and the platform 12 are electrically insulated by interposing an insulating member 28 between a pedestal part 14a of a fence 14 and a base member 20 installed in a floor part 12b of the platform 12 of the movable platform gate device 10. Moreover, since the insulating member 28 has an external shape of projecting to the outside more than any outer edge part of the pedestal part 14a and the base member 20 in a plan view, the outer edge part 28a of the insulating member 28 functions as the so-called eaves for preventing sticking and deposit of the dust 26. Thus, the pedestal part 14a and the base member 20 arranged in the floor part 12b of the platform 12 can avoid the sticking and the deposit of the dust 26 to the periphery of the insulating member such as electrically contacting via the dust 26. |
