This game management device is provided with: a friend information storage control means for storing friend information connecting two users among established friend relationships, and retaining past friend information connecting said two users in a storage device once the friend relationship of said two users has been cancelled; a friend history transmitting means for reading the friend information in response to a request from a terminal operated by a user, and transmitting information for displaying past friend users, who had a friend relationship with said user in the past, to said terminal; and a friend restoration request means for receiving information regarding an operation for selecting said past friend users from the terminal when said operation has been performed by the terminal device, and executing requests for restoring friend relationships from said user to said past friend users.
