PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an image which enables a user to feel depth.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: a depth information analysis unit 103 that, on the basis of depth information corresponding to image information, extracts information on a frequency distribution of the depth information; an image processing strength determination unit 101 that determines image processing strength at each pixel in the image information on the basis of the information extracted by the depth information analysis unit 103 and the depth information; and an image processing unit 102 that performs image processing on image information at the pixel in accordance with the image processing strength determined by the image processing strength determination unit 101.
