A pungent taste giving ingredient concentration in the beverage is 0.002-0.056 ppm, and a bitter taste giving ingredient concentration is 0.02-50 ppm. The pungent taste giving ingredient is capsaicin, and the bitter taste giving ingredient is at least one kind of substance selected from the group consisting of naringenin, isohumulone, humulone, lupulone, terpene, alkaloid, adenosine, and plant extract. |
