POLYMER ELECTROLYTE MEMBRANE FUEL CELL SEPARATOR USING GRAPHENE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte fuel cell separator is provided to improve the corrosion resistance and interfacial contact resistance using graphene, thereby preventing environmental pollution, simplifying manufacturing process, and reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A polymer electrolyte fuel cell separator comprises stainless steel with a graphene layer on the surface. The graphene layer is formed through electrospray of graphene dispersion which is made from graphene and conductive polymers added into alcoholic solvent. The method for manufacturing the polymer electrolyte fuel cell separator comprises the steps of: (1) manufacturing the graphene dispersion (2) heating the stainless steel to be electrosprayed with the graphene dispersion (3) electrospraying the graphene dispersion on the heated stainless steel.
