PURPOSE: A front frame of a sunroof and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the friction noise according to the operation of a driving wire and reduce the manufacturing costs of the front frame. CONSTITUTION: A front frame of a sunroof comprises a frame main body(10) of a synthetic resin material and a frame cover(20) of the synthetic resin material. The frame main body comprises a device mounting unit(11) and a wire path unit(12). The device mounting unit mounts a driving motor device, and the wire path unit is integrally formed on both sides of the device mounting unit in order to guide a driving wire. The frame cover is connected to the upper surface of the frame main body and closes the opened upper part of the wire path unit. |
