摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a power semiconductor which enables easy formation of a coolant passage and attains sufficient cooling effect, and to provide an inverter device of a motor for vehicle driving which uses the cooling structure of the power semiconductor.SOLUTION: In a cooling structure of a power semiconductor, the power semiconductor 3, having multiple fins for direct cooling 4a, is fixed onto a base 1 having coolant tank holes 2, through which a coolant is supplied or discharged, so that the fins for the direct cooling 4a are inserted into the coolant tank holes 2. In the base 1, a water supply passage 7 and a water discharge passage 8 are provided side by side at both sides sandwiching the coolant tank holes 2 so as to be arranged in parallel with a surface of the base 1, on which the power semiconductor 3 is mounted, to form a coolant passage leading from the water supply passage 7 to the water discharge passage 8 through the coolant tank holes 2.
