PURPOSE: An aerogenerator rotor blade equipped with an electromagnetic absorbing function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize radar interference by utilizing a dielectric material as a support layer for an electromagnetic absorbing unit. CONSTITUTION: An aerogenerator rotor blade equipped with an electromagnetic absorbing function comprises an electromagnetic absorbing screen (150) and a resin permeable high conduction back layer (140). The electromagnetic absorbing screen is laminated on the outside of an external surface material (120) in order to reflect electromagnetic waves. The resin permeable high conduction back layer is formed by laminating at least one plane woven carbon fabric which has more than 95% of electromagnetic reflection ratio, and inserted into a composite material (100) with a sandwich structure. The composite material is formed by being dipped into a liquid resin that permeates the resin permeable high conduction back layer.
