PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a light emitting characteristic by using a light emitting layer including an electron trap material. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode (200) is formed on a substrate. An organic light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode (400) is formed on the organic light emitting layer. The organic light emitting layer includes a host, a dopant, and an electron trap material. The host is a fluorescence type host.
