<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the recombination between a light absorption layer and a back electrode layer by forming a carbon layer between the light absorption layer and the back electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer (210) is formed on a support substrate (100). A carbon layer (220) is formed on the back electrode layer. The back electrode layer and the carbon layer include first separation patterns respectively (P1). A light absorption layer (300) including a second separation pattern (P2) is formed on the carbon layer. A front electrode layer (600) including a third separation pattern (P3) is formed on the light absorption layer.</p> |
