PURPOSE: A signal transfer device using a magnetic thin film having magnetic vortex and a method thereof is provided to perform signal generation easily, by using resonance. CONSTITUTION: More than two magnetic thin films are constituted. The magnetic thin films have magnetic vortex structure. The magnetic vortex is arranged periodically. A signal injection magnetic thin film applies rotary motion of nucleus of the magnetic vortex. The rotary motion of the nucleus delivers a signal.
