PURPOSE: A flange mat of a pipe in a vessel for a thermal insulation is provided to improve the work efficiency by easily installing and separating a main body of the mat to the pipe through a removable fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: A flange mat of a pipe in a vessel for a thermal insulation comprises a main body (10) of the mat, an expanding unit (20), and a fixing unit. A heat insulator is equipped inside the main body. The expanding unit pulls both sides of the main body to adhere to the circumferential surface of the pipe (P) installed in the vessel. The fixing unit includes a fixing member (31) and an inserting member (32). The inserting member is installed to the end of the main body while facing to the fixing unit and is detachably fixed in the fixing unit.
