CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a cylindrical vibration-proof unit comprises a torque ordering unit (310), a thrust and speed control unit (330), and a torque offset calculating unit (340). The torque ordering unit orders a predetermined torque data according to the property of a material to order the thrust pressure supporting the cylindrical vibration-proof unit (210) which is inserted into the material. The thrust and speed control unit controls the thrust pressure or the speed supporting the cylindrical vibration-proof unit according to the ordered torque data. The torque offset calculating unit calculates the amount of offsetting the torque by receiving the feedback of the vibration data in the vibration-proof unit and corrects the ordered torque data according to the amount of offsetting the torque.
