PURPOSE: A correction belt for spine traction and support is provided to improve user convenience by absorbing shocks using a shock absorption and transfer unit. CONSTITUTION: A correction belt (10) for spine traction and support comprises a waist pressure member (100), a holder member (200), a pressurization traction device (300), and a traction wire (400). The pressurization traction device comprises a coupling member and an external force absorption transfer unit. The coupling member is formed with a guide groove for accommodating a part of the traction wire on the top end thereof. The external force absorption transfer unit is accommodated in the coupling member. The external force absorption transfer unit absorbs shocks due to the sudden external force of an outer support and transfers the shocks to the coupling member.
