PURPOSE: A castable refractory grouting-type cooling plate is provided to easily form an auxiliary wall around. CONSTITUTION: A castable refractory grouting-type cooling plate includes a cooling plate body (100) and a castable refractory grouting part (200). The cooling plate body is inserted into the furnace wall of a blast furnace which contains a fire-resisting wall and a steel shell surrounding the fire-resisting wall, and includes a cooling channel which is placed in the furnace wall and where cooling water cooling the fire-resisting wall is circulated. The castable refractory grouting part is wrapped with the cooling channel of the cooling plate body and placed in the furnace wall, and receives castable refractories from the outside and grouts the castable refractories toward the steel shell, thereby grouting the castable refractories into the fire-resisting wall.
