PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave absorber and a portable terminal having a built-in radio frequency identification (RFID) antenna and containing the same are provided to integrally form a label, showing battery information or protecting a battery, with an electromagnetic wave absorber, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave absorber (40) is connected to a battery. An RFID antenna (50) is installed at a cover. The electromagnetic wave absorber is a sheet surrounding the exterior of the battery. A print side is formed at the outer side of the sheet. The RFID antenna is installed at one side of the cover facing the electromagnetic wave absorber.
