PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an information processor such as a portable telephone set automatically transmit a prescribed message to a prescribed transmission destination when a user is not at a designated place based on the positioning of a GPS (global positioning system). SOLUTION: This portable telephone set 10 as an information processor is provided with a communication means for communicating with an external device, a GPS positioning means for acquiring the present position according to positioning based on a signal received from a GPS satellite and a storing means for storing designation position information designated in advance, a prescribed message and a transmission destination. When the present position positioned by the GPS positioning means is away from the designation position information stored in the storing means, the message stored in the storing means is transmitted to a PC 40 and a portable telephone set 50 as the transmission destination stored in the storing means through the communicating means.
