PURPOSE: A device to prevent the separation of a door for a machine tool is provided to cushion the impact of a processed product by the door when the processed product is separated due to various kinds of factors such as a malfunction of a machine and to minimize damage to the device by preventing the separation of the door. CONSTITUTION: A device to prevent the separation of a door for a machine tool comprises an upper roller unit, a unit (40) for preventing an upper part from being separated, and a unit (50) for preventing a lower part from being separated. The upper roller unit slides the door (20) with respect to a cover (10). The unit for preventing the upper part from being separated is connected to the cover for covering the upper roller unit and prevents the upper part of the door from being separated. The unit for preventing the lower part from being separated is connected to the lower side of the cover on the lower part of the door and prevents the lower part of the door from being separated.
