PURPOSE: A method for making Chrysanthemi flos wine is provided to relieve central nervous and to reduce blood pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method for making Chrysanthemi flos wine comprises: a step of adding sugar to 30L of water to control sweetness at 23°Brix; a step of adding 10kg of Chrysanthemi flos flower to prepare Chrysanthemi flos extract; a step of adding yeast of Sacchaomyces sake, Sacchaomyces cerevisiae Fermivin, K1-V1116(Sacchaomyces cerevisiae K1-V1116), or Premier Cuvee(Sacchaomyces bayanus Premier Cuvee) to the extract in a ratio of 1-3g/10L; a step of fermenting at 15-30°C for 130-201 hours; a step of adding flavor and adjusting activity to 6.0-6.5ppt; and a step of fermenting and maturing the Chrysanthemi flos wine at 23-28°C for 4 hours. |
