PURPOSE: A crane having a fine adjustment device is provided to rapidly and efficiently perform loading and unloading works regardless of the loading state of a container by adjusting the gripping position of a spreader. CONSTITUTION: A crane having a fine adjustment device comprises a girder, a trolley, a spreader, a hoist drum (21), a fine adjustment device (22), and a head block (30). The hoist drum is installed on the inner center of the trolley and winds a wire rope. The fine adjustment device is installed on one side of the inside the trolley and is connected to the hoist drum through the wire rope to control the loading and unloading position of the spreader. The head block is installed under the trolley and is connected to the hoist drum through the wire rope. The spreader is coupled to the head block and loads and unloads a container.
