PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to minimize the distortion of an object or an image located on the opposite side through a transparent region with high transmittance. CONSTITUTION: A sub-pixel region (SP) includes an opaque region (B), and a transparent region (T). A driving thin film transistor (DTr) and an organic electroluminescent diode (E) are formed on the opaque region. The multiple sub-pixel regions define one pixel region. The organic electroluminescent diode includes a first electrode (211), an organic light emitting layer (213), and a second electrode (215). The driving thin film transistor includes a gate insulating film (105), a gate electrode (107), a source electrode (113), and a drain electrode (115). |
