PURPOSE: A two-phase stainless steel and an AOD refining method of a two-phase stainless steel are provided to supply an AOD method of refining two-phase stainless steel capable of a continuous casting with an afterward strip casting by having an excellent surface quality. CONSTITUTION: A two-phase stainless steel and an AOD refining method of a two-phase stainless steel comprise the following steps: a decarbonization is performed by blowing in oxygen and argon (Ar); ferro alloy including manganese (Mn) is injected; a deoxidation is performed by injecting a deoxidizer; and nitrogen (N2) is injected, and steel is taken out.
