<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing facility of a core piece, in which a stator core piece or a rotor core piece are punched and formed without being divided from an metal thin plate, and another small size core piece from an inner region of the stator core piece or rotor core piece is made to be able to be manufactured, and a yield of the metal thin plate (plate to be manufactured) is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing facility is provided with: a main press working apparatus 12a that includes a plurality of press working stations, and manufactures a large diameter core piece 11 which has a circular opening part 13 in the center for a rotary machine, from a metal thin plate 10 which is transferred intermittently and is positioned by a first pilot hole 16; and an auxiliary press working apparatus 27 that includes a plurality of press working stations, and is provided in the preceding stage of the main press working apparatus 12a, and punches and forms a small core piece 28 in the position of the circular opening part 13 of the metal thin plate 10. Moreover, in the auxiliary press working apparatus 27, provided is a station which forms a second pilot hole 29 that performs positioning of the small core piece 28 manufactured within the circular opening part 13 in a region in which the circular opening part 13 is located, or in a punching position of the large diameter core piece 11 in the outside of the circular opening part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
