PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing convolutions is provided to continuously increase the aspect ratio of convolutions by repeatedly depositing a metal layer after adhering a polymer substrate to a flat plate and to make convolutions of enough aspect ratio with low processing costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing convolutions comprises the steps of: forming a solidified polymer substrate (1) on the upper surface of a flat plate; depositing a metal to form a metal layer on the upper surface of the polymer substrate; deforming the metal layer by cooling the polymer substrate in which the metal layer is formed; forming a different polymer substrate on an upper part of the deformed metal layer; adhering the polymer substrate to the upper surface of the flat plate by separating the polymer substrate from the deformed metal layer; and forming the polymer substrate in which convolutions are formed by repeating the process to deposit the metal and the process to adhere the polymer substrate.
