PURPOSE: Bio signal marks and converting devices are provided to convert bio signal information of bio signal medical devices, which does not serve a bio signal information standard encoding conversion method, into standard in an appropriate and efficient way. CONSTITUTION: A bio signal information standard encoding conversion device comprises a header data storage unit (110), a communication unit (120), a standard converter (130), and an input unit (140). The header data storage unit stores medical device information. The communication unit receives a bio signal data from a medical device and sends a bio signal data converted and the medical device information in the header data storage unit to a server. The standard converter converts the bio signal data received in a predetermined method. The input unit performs a device setting change, a medical device information input and change.
