PURPOSE: A voltage control oscillator is provided to improve a power noise property and to reduce electricity consumed. CONSTITUTION: A voltage control oscillator contains multiple delay cells (110-290) connected in consecutive order. The delay cells have a source sharing differential structure and contain a positive delay input end, a negative delay input end, and an output end. The positive delay input end enters a first signal outputted from the output end of the previous cell. The negative delay input end enters a second signal outputted from the output end of the previous cell.
