PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a structure using a waste tire is provided to improve the reusability of resources by recycling a steel iron core because a steel piece separated from the waste tire in a fused material of the waste tire is used by re-inserting. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a structure using a waste tire comprises the following steps: a step of firstly cutting the waste tire using a pre-cutter and pulverizing waste rubber in 0.1-10 micrometer using an impact grinder after staying in a freezing tunnel maintaining the temperature at 120-150 deg. C for 10-60 minutes; a step of separating a steel from a waste rubber grinded material, removing a fabric fragmental material, and cutting the separated steel using a cutter by 1.0-500mm; a step of obtaining a rubber fused material by fusing the waste rubber grinded material; and a step of pressing and cooling after mixing a steel piece into the rubber fused material and pouring in a mold.
