PURPOSE: A beam connection member and a crash barrier including the same are provided to lower a risk of safety accidents of a vehicle or a passenger by using a connection member capable of inducing buckling. CONSTITUTION: A beam connection member (200) comprises a body (210), a buckling inducing hole (220), and a bolt connection hole (240). One or more buckling inducing holes are formed in the body, and the buckling is induced while loads are applied to the body. The buckling inducing hole comprises a vertical shape and a horizontal shape. The body comprises a steel pipe.
